following on fromaudrey'sadventures with cheese... over here they inexplicably add a seal to the top of their milk. fine if they are easy to get into, might add freshness? who knows.. but a true pain in the arse when they can't be ripped open with ease..
i had to get into this one with a knife! and what a mess i made of it too.. the milk slopped all over the sides of my nice cup of earl grey. gah!

I find these fustrations a response to some local crisis. Only in Australia, because of the mad tamperer, does a new packet of panadol create a headache simply getting into it!
I truly hate those ring-pull openners you get on long life milk. Makes me glad I don't touch the stuff. Hang on, 'gladder' that I don't drink the stuff. Is 'gladder' even a word?
